Am loving the depth of field of Portrait on my new X. Gorgeous bokeh shots. The problem is, I don’t appear to be able to edit the shots without losing the blurred background. I noticed using the standard iphotos editing and Prime and Colourway that I lose the blurred background completely if I edit the shot. Defeats the whole object of shooting in Portrait in the first place. Any ideas anyone? Thanks Suzi

Hi Pradeep. I have the iPhone X too but haven’t experienced a problem with red eye. However, I just googled it and sure enough there seem to be many people complaining of this issue with the iPhone X. It’s being suggested that the flash is closer to the lens(es) than before, which is a known cause of red eye. I’ll try and find out more and report back here.
